Full Prize Breakdown — 6 PM Draw

Every site you’ve visited today probably only showed you the first prize number and left it at that. That tells you almost nothing if your ticket doesn’t match the top prize. Here is the complete prize structure for the 6 PM Sikkim Dear Day draw so you can check every level:

PrizeAmountSeller Bonus
1st Prize₹1,00,00,000₹5,000
Consolation₹1,000₹500
2nd Prize₹9,000₹500
3rd Prize₹450₹50
4th Prize₹250₹20
5th Prize₹120₹10

The seller bonus column is the amount the licensed lottery agent who sold the winning ticket receives on top of the buyer’s prize. This is something almost no result site mentions, but it matters if you’re a regular ticket seller.

About the 6 PM Sikkim Draw

The 6 PM Lottery Sambad draw is run by the Sikkim State Lottery Directorate and falls under the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998. It is a fully legal, government-authorised draw conducted physically every single day without exception — including weekends and public holidays.

Like the other two daily draws, the 6 PM draw has a different name each day of the week. Monday’s draw is called Dear Legend Day, Tuesday is Dear Prestige Day, Wednesday is Dear Regal Day, Thursday is Dear Supreme Day, Friday is Dear Crown Day, Saturday is Dear Elite Day, and Sunday is Dear Empire Day. The name printed on your ticket tells you which draw it belongs to and helps confirm you are checking the right result.

Each ticket costs just ₹7 and is available through licensed sellers across Sikkim, Nagaland, Sikkim, Mizoram, and Goa. You do not need to be a resident of Sikkim to buy or claim a 6 PM draw prize.

Your Number Matched — Here Is What You Must Do

First thing — sign the back of your ticket immediately. Do not skip this step. An unsigned winning lottery ticket is legally claimable by anyone who holds it. Your signature is your proof of ownership.

For prizes of ₹10,000 or below, take your original ticket and a valid government ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport) to any licensed lottery agent or your nearest district lottery office. For prizes above ₹10,000, you must visit the Sikkim State Lottery Office in person with the original ticket, your ID, and two passport-size photographs.

One thing that catches a lot of winners by surprise — any prize above ₹10,000 is subject to 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) under Section 194B of the Income Tax Act. This is deducted before you receive your money. So if you win the ₹1 crore 1st prize, you will actually receive approximately ₹70 lakhs in hand after the tax deduction. You will also need to declare this amount in your annual income tax return.

The claim deadline is 30 days from the draw date. If you miss this window, the prize is permanently forfeited — no extensions are given under any circumstances.

Scam Warning — Read This Carefully

Every single day, people across India receive phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and SMS texts telling them they have won a lottery prize — even people who never purchased a ticket. These are criminal scams designed to steal money and personal information.

Here is the one thing you need to remember: Sikkim State Lottery and Lottery Sambad never call, message, or contact winners. The only way to know if you have won is to check your ticket number against the official published result yourself — on this page or on the state lottery’s official website.

If anyone contacts you claiming you have won today’s 6 PM draw and asks you to pay a processing fee, GST charge, courier cost, or any other amount to release your prize — that is a fraud. Hang up immediately and report it at cybercrime.gov.in.
